My Philosophy
Divorce is a difficult experience in which people often have feelings of anger, loss and anguish. As an attorney, I see it as my role to educate clients about their rights, advise them of their options, explain the legal process and help facilitate effective solutions.
Rather than inflaming matters in an already difficult situation, I help clients find creative and pro-active solutions to disputed matters. My goal is to identify my client's needs, help them achieve their goals and protect their rights.
Using communication, creativity, mediation and other methods of pro-active dispute resolution, I am often able to help clients resolve disputes amicably in a manner that is in their best interest and in the interests of their children. As a result, I am often able to help clients avoid the time, stress and cost of protracted litigation. Of course, I am a strong advocate for my clients and am always prepared to advocate passionately for my clients at trial when necessary.
